TMT PREGNANCY

Congratulations on your pregnancy! These at home workouts are broken down into each trimester of pregnancy. You have the flexibility to choose which workout you want to do and what areas of the body you want to target. Core and Glutes, Lower Body, Upper Body and Full Body.

TMT POSTNATAL

Hey Mama! This section provides education on what changes have happened to your body and how to apply these to exercise, gentle postnatal exercises which are suitable from birth (pelvic floor, abdominal separation, posture and stretching), as well as a detailed and progressive full body 6 week program to get you fit and strong enough to take on motherhood!

TMT FIT

Stepping it up? TMT Fit is suitable from 12 weeks postpartum and caters for all fitness levels and abilities. Level 1 is designed to protect the pelvic floor and is suitable for abdominal separation (no high impact or crunches in this zone!). Level 2 really steps it up with more intense and high impact exercises all in the comfort of your home. You have the flexibility to choose which workout you want to do and what areas of the body you want to target. Core, Glutes, Lower Body, Upper Body, Full Body, HIIT Circuits and Cardio.

TMT RUN

Let’s run! Once you have sufficient core and hip stability and have seen a Women’s Health Physio to assess your pelvic floor TMT RUN takes you through a detailed progressive 6 week program. It takes you from a beginner runner, to running 5km without stopping. This is one of my favourite programs as I too followed this after birth and the progress that is made from week 1 is incredible.
